Dr. Gabriele Chiogna graduated in Physics at both the University of Trento and the University of Tuebingen in 2007. He graduated then in Applied Environmental Geosciences at the University of Tuebingen in 2009. In 2011, Gabriele received his PhD in Geology from the University of Tuebingen.He was then Post-Doc at the University of Trento untill 2013 and at the University of Tuebingen between 2013 and 2014. He leads now the group Water Quality and Solute Transport at the Catchment Scale at the Chair of Hydrology and RIver Basin Management of the Technical University of Munich.

Activities in GLOBAQUA: He collaborates on event based sampling campaigns and global sampling campaigns in the Adige catchment and on hydrological modeling activities related to water quality in the Adige river basin.

Markus Disse

Prof. Markus Disse graduated in Civil Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe in 1990, where he also received his PhD in 1995. Between 2003 adn 2013 he was full professor of the Chair for Water Management and Resources Engineering at the Universität der Bundeswehr München. Since 2013 he is full professor of the Chair of Hydrology and River Basin Management at the Technical University of Munich.

Activities in GLOBAQUA: He collaborates on hydrological modeling activities related to water quality in the Adige river basin.

Ye Tuo

Ye Tuo is a PhD candidate at the Chair of Hydrology and River Basin Management of the Technical University of Munich (TUM) since 2014. He graduated from Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China in 2014 with master degree of Environmental Engineering.

Activities in GLOBAQUA: He is responsible for hydrological modeling at the Adige River basin (Italy ) using the Soil and Water Assessment Tool
