Holding a degree in Economic Social Sciences from the Università degli Studi di Firenze, after obtaining a Master SMEA in the management of the Agro-food sector, in 2014 I earned  a Ph.D. from the doctoral school Agrisystem of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Piacenza. Until the end of 2015 I was a temporary research associate at the Istituto di Chimica Agraria ed Ambientale of the same university collaborating with the OPERA research center. Since 2016 I work as permanent researcher for Aeiforia srl (spinoff of the same university). Activities I am currently involved include research initiatives at national and European level, especially regarding the sustainable use of plant protection products in agriculture, sustainable water resources management, stakeholders’ engagements and scientific training and communication activities to promote sustainability in the agro-food sector.
